Wayne Steedman, Esq. 

Wayne will join a distinguished group of experienced special education attorneys to instruct and lead exercises focusing on representation at impartial due process hearings. Topics covered include pre-hearing tasks, procedural compliance, comprehensive records review, as well as developing strategies for drafting due process hearing complaints, and establishing strategic trial plans.  Additionally, there will be demonstrations of how to prepare and organize opening statements, direct and cross examinations, and responses to potential objections.
